Since 1986, one of our main missions has been to help people get the most out of their tools. This can come in formal classes, on-line training, and just plain little hints ("I didn't know you could do that!). We love to see the light go on in peoples' heads as they realize that they could have done it all the time. And it's just another day's work for us, and another job well-done.
